For professionals
If you work with families caring for someone with dementia — as a charity, an Admiral Nurse, a social worker, a GP, a memory clinic, a hospice, a carers' centre, a faith community or a US Area Agency on Aging — we'd love to make your job easier, and theirs.
Alzheimer's Society, Age UK, Carers UK, local carers' hubs, Alzheimer's Association chapters and Area Agencies on Aging. A gentle, practical tool you can point families to.
Hand families a one-page printable summary at every appointment. Daily logs surface trends weeks before they would otherwise be raised.
Families arrive at needs assessments with the evidence already collated — expenses, gifts, medications, observations and the LPA in one place.
A gentle resource you can mention in bereavement, befriending and pastoral conversations — no app store login, no contract.
Families can quietly log changes in memory, mood, sleep and behaviour for weeks before the first GP appointment. The pattern they bring to the clinic is worth far more than a panicked sentence.
POA, benefits, council/Medicare paperwork, medication list, emergency contacts, and a shared family picture — set up once, used for years.
The hospital pack prints in two taps: medications, allergies, baseline behaviour, communication preferences, what calms them. Ward staff have what they need on arrival.
Compare homes near the family, store CQC / state inspection notes, visit checklists, and once chosen, receive daily updates from the home itself.
If you support families on low income, in crisis, or in palliative care, we'll give them free accounts. No paperwork, no proof, no time limit. Email us and we'll send the codes.

If you're a family carer wanting to share this with a dementia charity, carers' group, Admiral Nurse team, social worker, memory clinic or place of worship — feel free to copy, edit and send. Personalise the bracketed bits.
Subject: A quiet tool to help the dementia families you support Hi [first name], I'm [your name] — I'm reaching out because [your charity / your group / your clinic] does extraordinary work for families caring for someone with dementia, and I've built something that might make a real difference to them. It's called The Care Companion. It's one private, calm place where a family carer can keep: • Medications, appointments and the daily two-minute observation log • The Power of Attorney / healthcare proxy, care plans and council/Medicare letters • A one-page summary to hand the GP, primary-care doctor or memory clinic at every visit • A kind, evidence-based AI guide (Sierra) for the 3am questions It was built by a family carer (me), after I took on full responsibility for my gran while pregnant, raising a young child, and working full time. I lived the binders, the wall calendars, the 3am panic, and the fear of missing something important. The Care Companion is the tool I wished existed then. A few ways we could work together: • A short co-written leaflet or email you can share • A 20-minute talk for your team or your volunteers • Co-authored guides on topics your families actually ask about There is no sales call. No data sharing. No AI training on family notes. Just a quieter week for the families you're already supporting. Would you have 15 minutes in the next fortnight for a quick chat? I'll work around your diary. Warmly, [Your name] The Care Companion https://www.thecarecompanion.com hello@thecarecompanion.com

For care homes
Give the families of your residents one calm place to keep medications, the LPA, finances and the daily log — and to receive the updates you send. A meaningful differentiator at the point of move-in, and a quieter inbox for your team.
For employers & HR teams
1 in 7 of your employees is quietly caring for someone with dementia or another long-term condition. The Care Companion gives them back hours each week — and reduces the unplanned absence, presenteeism and burnout that come with hidden caring.
Need more than 50 seats, multi-site or a global rollout? Email hello@thecarecompanion.com for an enterprise quote.
Do you take referrals from clinicians?
Yes — but please share the link with the family rather than signing them up. The account belongs to the family. They invite you in if they want to.
Is it a medical device?
No. It's a private organiser for the family. It doesn't make clinical decisions or replace clinical records.
Is the AI safe?
Sierra signposts to GP, primary-care doctor, after-hours nurse line or emergency services rather than diagnosing. We log nothing that identifies a person to the model and don't train on family content.
Will my organisation be promoted?
Only if you ask. We'll happily list partner organisations on the site, in carer onboarding, or in regional content.
